IL-2 COMO PREDITOR DA PROGRESSÃO DAS LESÕES INTRAEPITELIAIS DO COLO UTERINO: REVISÃO DA LITERATURA

Resumo

Introdução: O objetivo desta revisão foi avaliar a participação da interleucina (IL) 2 como coadjuvante na progressão das neoplasias intraepitelial do colo uterino. Descrição: Foram pesquisados em fontes de dados Medline (Pubmed), Scielo artigos relacionados ao tema publicados entre 1994 e 2020, selecionando-se apenas os relevantes. Discussão: São abordados conceitos, tipos de imunidade presentes e células que fazem parte deste processo imunológico. O mecanismo de ação pelo qual um antígeno é captado pelo Sistema Imunológico, sendo influenciado por este e, dividindo-se, assim, em subgrupos TH0, TH1 e TH2.  A diminuição nas concentrações da IL-2 com aumento da concentração de IL-10 e, a mudança do perfil TH1 para TH2,pode se caracterizar como um agravante clinico em mulheres com lesão intraepitelial de alto grau em colo uterino .
