O lóbulo da orelha desempenha um papel essencial na estética facial, sendo afetado pelo envelhecimento, uso de brincos e outros adornos, bem como por procedimentos cirúrgicos. Alterações comuns incluem ptose, alongamento, atrofia dos tecidos moles e rugas. O tratamento pode envolver procedimentos minimamente invasivos, como laser e preenchedores, ou intervenções cirúrgicas para correção de deformidades e restauração do volume. A escolha do tratamento depende do diagnóstico adequado e da combinação das técnicas disponíveis.
