Introduction: Reconstruction of chondrocutaneous ear defects after trauma, tumor excision and burns can be challenging for the surgeon, here we present an easy-to-perform technique, with satisfactory aesthetic and functional results. Case Report: The authors describe the case of a patient with helical contour defect after trauma and his late surgical reconstruction using a post-auricular bipedicled flap technique with ipsilateral cartilage grafting in a single stage.
