USE OF RENUVION J-PLASMA FOR POST-OPERATIVE SKIN RETRACTION LIPOSUCTION: EXPERIENCE OF 64 CASES
Keywords:
Renuvion, J-plasma, LiposuctionAbstract
Introduction: in plastic surgery, the use of technologies tries to solve the inconvenience of skin laxity after liposuction, including radiofrequency devices (Radiofrequency Assited Liposuction - RFAL), avoiding incisions. Objective: to demonstrate our experience in 64 patients who could not only undergo liposuction (at the risk of having very flaccid skin) and who did not accept scars. Method Descriptive analysis of the authors' experience with the use of Renuvion J-Plasma technology from 10/21/2020 to 09/15/2021. Result: skin contraction is greater in young patients, with thick, good skin quality, who do not have moderate-severe sagging. Patients with indication for abdominoplasty will continue to need conventional surgery. Conclusion: the use of Renuvion J-Plasma after liposuction can be a good tool to solve the inconvenience of post liposuction sagging skin, being indicated for young people with good skin quality.
