SCALP RECONSTRUCTION WITH DIPLOE PARTIAL SKIN GRAFT: REPORT OF 2 CASES
Keywords:
Scalp, Skin grafting, Skin neoplasmsAbstract
Scalp reconstruction in full-thickness defects is a challenge for the plastic surgeon. Knowing and knowing how to indicate the reconstructive modality according to the clinical characteristics of the patient is essential. The aim of this study is to report 2 reconstructed cases after resection of malignant skin neoplasm with partial skin graft in the diploic space of the skull. The patients had a good postoperative evolution and were satisfied with the procedure performed. Thus, diploe layer partial skin graft from the skull is a reproducible option in patients whose priority is the resolution of oncological comorbidity.
