EAR RECONSTRUCTION AFTER SKIN TUMOR RESECTION - CASE REPORT AT A REFERENCE CENTER

Procedures in the external ear have a peculiar difficulty generated by its unique anatomy. Reconstruction after resection of skin tumors can be very challenging, especially in lesions with a long evolution time that can generate larger secondary defects. The clinical case demonstrates the need to match the expectations of the surgical team and the patient in order to obtain satisfactory results for both.
