The reconstruction of large tissue losses in the forehead and orbit region requires planning with a combination of several techniques. The knowledge of various tactics and techniques of craniofacial reconstruction expands the possibilities of care in cases of difficult resolution. The authors describe a clinical case of a patient with an advanced tumor that required exenteration of the right orbit, which was approached with a temporal muscle flap, scalp flaps, frontal paramedian flap and partial and total skin grafts, in the surgical steps that followed during the treatment. The closure of operative wounds was achieved through the use of flaps and grafts as planned.
