Abstract

Patient D,G, 74 years old, came to our service after resection of a previous nasal tip tumor, with reconstruction with a mid-frontal flap, with a pedicle based on the left supratrochlear artery. It evolves with loss of the columella and nasal tip, with deficiency of soft tissues and cartilage. Secondary intervention proposed, with rotation of a pedicled mid-frontal flap, based on the right supratrochlear artery, to cover the skin and subcutaneous tissue, with a total skin graft to cover the open area, with a donor area in the supraclavicular region on the right.  In a second approach, in our service, we performed cartilaginous structuring and section of the pedicle of the flap. New procedures for aesthetic refinement will still be needed. However, the patient already shows great satisfaction with the result and improves the social stigma.
