PAPILOMATOSE CONFLUENTE E RETICULADA DE GOUGEROT E CARTEUAD: RELATO DE CASO

A papilomatose confluente e reticulada de Gougerot e Carteaud é uma dermatose incomum, de etiologia indefinida. Há diversas opções terapêuticas como: retinóides tópicos e sistêmicos, antibióticos orais, entre outros, portanto a maioria com resultados discretos. Os autores descrevem um caso da doença, em adulto, com lesões características, tipo pápulas que se tornavam confluentes no centro e reticuladas na periferia, formando placas de limites imprecisos, ligeiramente descamativas e discutem aspectos etiológicos e terapêuticos da doença.
