RECONSTRUÇÃO CERVICAL COM RETALHO LIVRE ABDOMINAL: RELATO DE 4 CASOS COM CONTRATURAS CICATRICIAIS PÓS-QUEIMADURA

As reconstruções cervicais representam um desafio técnico significativo, especialmente em pacientes com sequelas cicatriciais extensas. Neste relato, descrevemos 4 casos de reconstrução de pescoço utilizando retalhos livres abdominais do tipo TRAM ou DIEP, realizados entre os anos de 2013 e 2025. Os pacientes apresentavam bridas cicatriciais importantes, decorrentes de queimaduras, com limitação funcional e comprometimento estético. As reconstruções foram bem-sucedidas, com restauração da mobilidade cervical e melhora do contorno cervical. Discutimos as indicações, técnica cirúrgica, evolução pós-operatória e resultados a curto e médio prazo, destacando a aplicabilidade destes retalhos em áreas tradicionalmente menos exploradas para sua utilização.
