TRANSTORNOS ALIMENTARES EM PACIENTES COM DOENÇA CELÍACA
UMA REVISÃO DE ESCOPO RÁPIDA

A gestão da doença celíaca envolve a adesão rigorosa a uma dieta isenta de glúten, o que, em alguns casos, pode estar associado a uma série de comportamentos alimentares e psicológicos, potencialmente relacionados a transtornos alimentares. Objetivo: Trata-se de uma revisão de escopo rápida que teve por objetivo mapear os fatores associados à adesão à dieta isenta de glúten em pacientes com doença celíaca e sua relação com o desenvolvimento de transtornos alimentares. Metodologia: A revisão seguiu as recomendações do protocolo PRISMA ScR e buscou estudos na PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, PSYCInfo, CINAHL, LILACS e SciELO. Resultados: Foram incluídos 30 estudos sem recorte idiomático e temporal, com predominância de delineamentos transversais e coorte. Diversos fatores foram identificados como possíveis influências nesse processo, incluindo sintomas psicológicos, questões relacionadas à imagem corporal, presença de sintomas gastrointestinais e as exigências da dieta restritiva. Conclusões: A relação entre doença celíaca e transtornos alimentares é multifatorial e bidirecional. Esses achados reforçam a necessidade de triagem sistemática e de uma abordagem interdisciplinar envolvendo gastroenterologia, nutrição e psicologia, de modo a garantir o manejo integral da condição celíaca e a prevenção de transtornos alimentares associados.
