TRANSPLANTE DE LINFONODOS VISCERAIS EM PACIENTE COM LINFEDEMA DE MEMBRO SUPERIOR PÓS-MASTECTOMIA: REVISÃO DE LITERATURA E RELATO DE CASO

As sequelas do câncer de mama e de seu tratamento são relevantes na saúde pública pela prevalência dessa neoplasia (66,54 casos por 100 mil mulheres) e pelo aumento na taxa de sobrevida das pacientes afetadas. Destaca-se o linfedema como uma complicação que compromete a qualidade de vida desses pacientes, com manejo multimodal sem resultados consistentes. Diante disso, vem se consolidando técnicas microcirúrgicas de restauração da circulação linfática das áreas afetadas pela linfadenectomia e radioterapia utilizadas no tratamento do câncer. O presente artigo relata o caso de uma paciente submetida a transplante de linfonodo mesentérico associado a transplante de cadeia linfonodal do omento e realiza uma revisão da literatura acerca do tema.
