Resumo

A síndrome de CLOVES é caracterizada pelo supercrescimento lipomatoso congênito com malformações vasculares, nevos epidérmicos, anomalias esqueléticas e pelo supercrescimento de tecidos moles e ossos.O crescimento assimétrico dos membros inferiores pode levar a fibrose e escoliose. Apresenta baixa incidência (menos de 1:1.000.000) e início precoce, apresentando diversos diagnósticos diferenciais.  Apesar de a abordagem terapêutica da síndrome de CLOVES ainda não estar completamente definida nas diretrizes atuais, fica claro que uma abordagem multidisciplinar é fundamental, sendo os cirurgiões plásticos de enorme importância.
