RECONSTRUÇÃO DE PAREDE TORÁCICA COM RETALHO MIOCUTANEO DO RETO ABDOMINAL VERTICAL E TRANSVERSO: UM RELATO DE CASO

Cirurgias para reconstrução da parede torácica após extensas ressecções tumorais são procedimentos complexos e desafiadores. O uso de retalhos miocutâneos tem se mostrado a melhor opção para obtenção de bons resultados estético e funcional. Vários retalhos são classicamente utilizados. O presente relato apresenta o caso de uma paciente submetida a mastectomia radical modificada higiênica bilateral por progressão de um carcinoma ductal invasivo e reconstrução do defeito com retalho miocutâneo pediculado do músculo reto abdominal vertical e transverso.
