INCIDÊNCIA DE DERMATITE ATÓPICA EM SANTA CATARINA NO ANO DE 2017 ENTRE OS PACIENTES ENCAMINHADOS AO SERVIÇO DE TELEMEDICINA E ACURÁCIA DO DIAGNÓSTICO CLÍNICO QUANDO COMPARADO À TELEDERMATOLOGIA

Resumo

Introdução: Dermatite atópica é uma doença crônica associada à história de atopia e afeta a qualidade de vida dos pacientes. Objetivos: Estimar a incidência de dermatite atópica em Santa Catarina no ano de 2017 entre os pacientes encaminhados a telemedicina e a acurácia do diagnóstico clínico. Métodos: Estudo transversal realizado com 22.927 pacientes do banco de dados da Rede Catarinense de Telemedicina e Telessaúde. Foram calculadas as taxas de incidência de dermatite atópica e determinada a acurácia do diagnóstico clínico. Foram utilizados os testes qui-quadrado e ANOVA e considerados IC 95% e p<0,05. Resultados: A incidência/100 mil casos para o estado foi de 3,07. O Vale do Itajaí (6,29) e a Serra Catarinense (5,86) apresentaram as maiores incidências. O grupo etário de 0-19 anos representou 75,3% dos casos e houve predomínio do sexo feminino (62,3%). A sensibilidade e especificidade do diagnóstico clínico foram respectivamente 87,90% e 78,22%. A acurácia do diagnóstico clínico foi de 77,90%. Conclusões: As incidências de dermatite atópica em Santa Catarina e macrorregiões foram definidas. O Vale do Itajaí apresentou a maior incidência e o perfil dos casos mostrou predomínio do grupo etário de 0-19 anos e do sexo feminino. O valor de acurácia indicou para alto acerto diagnóstico.
