MANIFESTAÇÕES HEPATOPANCREÁTICAS COMO APRESENTAÇÃO INICIAL NA ARTRITE REUMATOIDE/SÍNDROME DE SJOGREN
UM RELATO DE CASO E REVISÃO DA LITERATURA

Este relato tem como objetivo dissertar sobre o caso de uma paciente feminina, 37 anos, com uma relevante história familiar (mãe e irmã falecidas devido a um Carcinoma de Pâncreas) que apresentou uma abertura atípica de um quadro de artrite reumatoide e síndrome de sjogren com manifestações iniciais apenas hepatopancreáticas. As manifestações gastrointestinais e pancreáticas, tal como a pancreatite, são incomuns na artrite reumatoide e podem ter impacto importante na vida dos pacientes. Do mesmo modo que na síndrome de sjogren, a pancreatite acomete apenas 7% dos pacientes.
